Payment Options

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL. Our payment process is encrypted and secured by our payment processor, PayPal®. Simply follow the checkout process and choose the type of payment method you wish to use by selecting either the debit / credit card button or the PayPal® checkout button. We do not store any of your payment information on our site at any time.

Common Reasons for a Declined Payment

If your credit card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your credit card will not be charged, and your order will not be processed. Your credit card may be declined for any of the following reasons including but not limited to:

General decline – This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit limit issue. Contact the financial institution that issued your card for further details.

AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch – The billing address you entered during the checkout process does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement.

Card security code mismatch – The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card (on the front for AMEX®), does not match the code that was entered during checkout.

Money Order, Personal Check or Cashier’s Check

We do not accept money orders, personal checks or cashier’s checks.

Accuracy of Information

It’s important that when placing your order, you provide us with the following:

  • a valid email address that you check often
  • a current ship to address
  • a current billing address
  • a current phone number

If the email you provide is invalid or incorrect, you will not receive account email communications or order status updates and we will be unable to contact you if needed.

We reserve the right to hold an order for an unlimited or unspecified period of time or to cancel an order if you provide us with an invalid email address, or if any billing, shipping, contact or account information is missing, incorrect, invalid or fraudulent.

The order will remain at this status until you contact us and provide us with the correct information. If we deem the order needs to be cancelled, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
