Ordering Policy

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 48 hrs (excluding weekends and holidays). Occasionally, we receive a large influx of orders coming in at once (high order volumes) which can increase processing time to 1 – 8 full business days (excluding weekends and holidays), especially during peak seasons or promotional periods.

These processing time frames are only estimated (not guaranteed) and are subject to change without notice. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as business days.

Order Fulfillment

We have several warehouses located throughout North America. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped from one or more of our U.S. and/or Canadian locations. There is no way to select or request from which warehouse the order will be fulfilled or processed from. At this time, all orders are being shipped from Canada. Tariffs may/will apply to all US orders.

Modifying or Cancelling an Order

Should you request to change a product in your order or change from one shipping service to another after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to charge a change order/shipping service fee of $2.50 in addition to any other fees. Orders that have been marked as processing, cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. In the rare instance and at our sole discretion, should we decide to approve your request to cancel an order, please refer to our Terms of Service page section 6:6 for additional information on cancellation terms, fees etc.
